Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate in Agile sprints to validate user stories and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear severity levels and reproduction steps
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user experience issues
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA with financial services or fintech exposure
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent testing credentials
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
