Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical bugs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve testing processes
- Maintain test environments and automate repetitive testing tasks using Selenium/Cypress
- Validate compliance with industry standards (ISO, GDPR) and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation skills
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and database validation (SQL)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
