Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (3+ years experience equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
