Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and track issues in JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
- Participate in agile sprint planning and release cycles
- Develop comprehensive test plans for new features and updates
- Analyze requirements to ensure test coverage aligns with business needs
- Maintain and optimize regression test suites
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle
- Experience with web/mobile application testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Agile/Scrum environment experience preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
