Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress for regression suites
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS applications
- Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Selenium, JIRA, and test management tools
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum processes
- Experience with API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written communication skills for defect reporting
