Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure/GCP with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Optimize cloud costs through resource allocation and monitoring
- Lead migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments
- Ensure security compliance (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR) across cloud platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools
- Strong background in Linux systems administration
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid architectures
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
