Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing 5+ projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-centered design approach
