Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
- Perform regression testing on new builds and validate fixes in staging environments
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test automation frameworks
- Analyze test results to identify trends and suggest quality improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting basics
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced development cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
