We're seeking a meticulous QA Tester to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while shipping on ambitious timelines. You'll be instrumental in delivering seamless user experiences that delight millions.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement preventive measures
- Design test cases covering functional, regression, usability, and performance scenarios
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups)
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and QA artifacts
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual/automated)
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC in agile environments
- Experience with regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
