Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed severity classifications
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve critical issues before release
- Design regression test suites for continuous integration pipelines
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing using industry-standard tools
- Maintain test documentation and provide clear quality metrics to stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Expert knowledge of bug tracking systems and test case management tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical requirements
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodologies
