Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision using JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for product improvement
- Maintain and update test documentation in alignment with Agile methodologies
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to enhance QA processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional QA testing experience with software/web applications
- Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and verification
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
