Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans using provided high-performance testing tools and specialized equipment
- Identify, document, and track software defects with precision using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements and design test cases
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Python for continuous integration environments
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics for stakeholder reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA testing with hands-on equipment operation
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
