Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for software applications
- Document and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct usability testing with provided equipment
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
- Maintain test environments and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification (ISTQB, CSTE) preferred
