Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, test, and refine sophisticated prompts for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize accuracy and output quality.
- System Optimization: Develop and maintain prompt libraries and frameworks that standardize AI interactions across different departments.
- Quality Assurance: Analyze AI-generated responses to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations, and implement corrective strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt-based logic into broader AI systems.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging prompt engineering techniques and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in prompt engineering or working directly with AI models.
- Language: Native-level fluency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and rhetorical skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API integration (e.g., OpenAI API) and basic understanding of Python or JavaScript.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex language model behaviors.
