Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and IoT applications using provided premium testing equipment
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements and test scenarios
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct performance testing with provided LoadRunner and JMeter licenses
- Maintain and optimize test environments with virtualization tools
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with cross-browser testing and mobile device testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues systematically
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
