Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Proactively monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG
- Lead troubleshooting for complex network outages and security incidents
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture optimization
- Document network changes and create SOPs for compliance
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and support
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols
- Strong Python/Ansible automation skills
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedule
