Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop/laptop systems
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain support ticket systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems
- Participate in training programs for certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Support network infrastructure setup and basic security protocols

Qualifications
