Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for 60%+ test coverage
- Document defects with JIRA tickets including detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Analyze test results to identify trends and improve QA processes
- Mentor junior QA testers on best practices and tool proficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in SaaS environments
- Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Proficiency with JIRA, Postman, and defect tracking systems
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- Experience with continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
