Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance requirements
- Execute manual and automated testing using Selenium/JIRA to identify and document defects
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to validate feature implementations
- Maintain test environments and troubleshoot test infrastructure issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for quality improvements
- Lead QA initiatives for Agile sprints and ensure release readiness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
