Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web/mobile applications using manual and automated testing tools
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- Conduct regression testing cycles for product releases and feature updates
- Develop test cases covering functional, usability, and performance requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain test documentation and QA process standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS/web applications
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent preferred
