Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Develop detailed test cases using industry-standard frameworks and tools
- Identify, document, and track bugs with precision in JIRA and similar platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend quality improvements
- Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience with software applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
