Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web/mobile applications
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing on sprint releases and product updates
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain test case documentation in TestRail
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in SaaS environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
