Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues during sprint cycles
- Develop test scripts in Selenium/Cypress for regression testing
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable user experience feedback
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to start immediately upon offer acceptance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
