Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate and iterate on AI outputs to improve response quality, tone, and safety.
- Build and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to refine model behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and model performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in NLP, prompt engineering, and AI safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think critically about logic and context.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear, concise instructions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
