Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Selenium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Automate test cases using Python/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Validate API functionality using Postman and Swagger documentation
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback to UX designers
- Maintain and update test documentation and QA knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of agile/scrum frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent testing credentials
