Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with development teams to verify fixes and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and review meetings to provide QA insights
- Conduct regression testing on new builds to maintain product stability
- Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Track and report testing metrics to improve quality processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual or automated)
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with functional, regression, and usability testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
