Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with precise reproduction steps
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts based on requirements
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing in CI/CD environments
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and improve code quality
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation and QA knowledge base
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
