Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Execute manual test cases and automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate RESTful services
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Maintain and update test documentation and QA best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Experience with SQL for database validation and test data management
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical issues clearly
