Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research and persona development to wireframing and prototyping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design documentation including style guides, user flows, and accessibility standards
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating design process and measurable impact on user outcomes
