Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts based on product requirements
- Collaborate with developers and product managers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing, compatibility testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and user scenarios
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and data validation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
