Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect-tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of bug-tracking systems and test management tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and testing
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities with cross-functional teams
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience required
