Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and network peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches and routers
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including data backup and access controls
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system upgrades
- Train end-users on new software and security best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
