Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with developers to identify and document defects using JIRA
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for continuous integration
- Validate API endpoints and database integrity using Postman/SQL
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and defect tracking systems
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation testing
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
