Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems
- Assist with network connectivity issues and VPN setups
- Document service tickets using ITSM software (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and phishing simulations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct hardware upgrades and peripheral installations
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied office environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must start within 48 hours of offer acceptance
