Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate regression cycles
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test cases during sprint planning
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain test documentation and test environments
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline validation and deployment testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing tools (JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and API testing
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
