Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve security incidents
- Document network topology changes and update Visio diagrams
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybrid Azure/AWS infrastructure
- Provide Level 2/3 support for VoIP systems and VPN tunnels
- Execute network upgrades during planned maintenance windows
- Train junior staff on network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Palo Alto firewalls
- Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Strong knowledge of OSI model and TCP/IP protocols
- Valid Hawaii driver's license for on-site visits
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
