Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and persona development, to drive design decisions.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and fully interactive mockups using Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team, defending design choices with data and user feedback.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative design solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design iterations.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
