Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Collaborate with development teams to implement continuous testing pipelines
- Conduct performance, usability, and compatibility testing across devices
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain test environments and ensure optimal test coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, Postman)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Experience with SQL database testing and API validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
