Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify functional and performance issues
- Create detailed test cases covering regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Document defects in JIRA with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve quality bottlenecks
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain test environments and automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong understanding of regression, smoke, and sanity testing processes
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Postman)
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
