Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover market trends and growth opportunities
- Create executive dashboards and automated reports in Tableau/Power BI for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and operational efficiency
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear visualization and storytelling
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality across multiple platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL mastery
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Expert-level skills in Tableau and Power BI visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business strategies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
