Responsibilities

- Develop high-fidelity mockups and design systems ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize design decisions
- Present design concepts and justify solutions to stakeholders
- Stay updated on emerging UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with responsive design and prototyping methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design implementation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Local Hawaii residency or willingness to relocate preferred
