Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for continuous integration pipelines
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve complex issues
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
