Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for critical workflows
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define acceptance criteria and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Analyze test metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve QA processes
- Maintain test documentation in Confluence with version control
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to enhance quality gates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA with manual and automation testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation testing
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test environment management
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Excellent written communication for defect reporting and documentation
