Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timeframes
- Document network topology, changes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid cloud integration projects
- Implement network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco routers/switches and wireless systems
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
