Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Perform regression testing, usability testing, and compatibility validation
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA/testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Knowledge of API testing with Postman or REST-assured
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
