Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues with minimal supervision
- Document all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system
- Provide user training on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of help desk or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer-focused approach
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
