Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and collaborate with development teams for resolution
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
