Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex software systems
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Perform manual and automated testing including regression, smoke, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for quality improvements
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience with both manual and automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent a plus
