Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform exploratory testing and usability analysis on new features
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and improve testing efficiency
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience testing web applications, APIs (Postman), and mobile apps
- Familiarity with SQL database queries and data validation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
