Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Create detailed test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity ratings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing best practices
- Perform exploratory testing and usability analysis in real-world environments
- Generate comprehensive test reports with actionable improvement recommendations
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Python
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, or Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong understanding of SQL for database validation testing
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
